I can’t help but stare out windows and daydream about Germany. I miss everyone there so much. I think it’s even harder to be away from there since I did meet someone..

I feel as if all I want to talk about, and do talk about, is exchange. I try not to, but it’s hard not to. I feel really bad because I don’t want my friends to get sick of it, or to think that I don’t want to be with them. Thing is, it was easier leaving them because I knew when I would be back but leaving my German friends was so much harder because I don’t know exactly...
Got home from school. Felt like shit because I was missing Germany so much. Mum was home and said that we could go for a drive. I said that a drive to somewhere nice would be good. Mum suggested driving to the beach, so off to the beach we went!
We had wonderful weather and the water was actually a very nice temperature. That definitely made me feel like Australia isn’t so crappy.
